Machine Quilting Services

There is such a feeling of satisfaction when you finish your quilt top. Then the question is how to quilt it. We are here to help you with that part. Using a longarm quilting machine we can help you finish your project. Based on your choices we will quilt for you and your beautiful top becomes a finished quilt for you to use or display.

There is a minimum $35.00 set up fee.

Edge to edge $3.00/square foot

Custom $4.00/square foot and up

Basting $1.00 /square foot ( A service for hand quilters )

Binding $0.20 / linear inch

For Quilters who prefer to hand quilt we can machine baste your work so you can get on with what you like to do. There is a mounting fee and the quilt preparation remains the same. These are two very important steps for all quilts. The basting charge is $1.00 per square foot. For example an 85" x 85" quilt would be approximately $50.00 to baste.

ESTIMATING THE SIZE OF YOUR QUILT
Measure the length and the width in inches. Multiply length in inches by width in inches and divide by 144.

EXAMPLE
TWIN 60” X 80” =33.3 sq. ft X $3.00 =$99.90

Double 74” X 100” =51.4 sq. ft. X $3.00 =$154.20

Queen 84” X 100” = 58.3 sq. ft. X $3.00 = $174.90

King 104” X 104” =75 sq. ft. X $3.00 = $225.00

Thread: We offer a selection of decorative threads that you may want to set off your work. Additional costs may incur.

Batting: We offer Hobbs 100% cotton batting which is 90 inches wide at $9.50/m We also have a poly cotton batting which is 108 inches wide at $7.00/m.

Backing: We offer 108" wide cotton which is excellent for backing quilts.
